6 steps to test products at home:
1. Register for the test.
Please answer some questions about your existing components so that we can advise and support you as best as possible.
2. Coordinating the details of your trial listening weeks.
Once you have registered, we will contact you using the details you provided in the form and provide you with more information about your trial listening weeks.
3. Delivery of the test device to the address you specified and you will receive a confirmation email including shipment tracking.
4. Audition weeks: testing, testing, testing.
You now have 14 days to try out the selected cable or audio component at your leisure.
5. Write a test report of the trial listening week.
We strive to continuously improve. We therefore ask you to provide us with a written report of your experiences by email after the test phase.
6. After the trial listening weeks have ended.
- You are enthusiastic: we will put you in touch with a dealer near you where you can buy the new device. We will have the rental device collected from you at our expense.
- The rental device has not convinced you: We will have the rental device collected from you at our expense. You don't have to worry about anything.
Important comments:
We have a limited number of cables or test equipment available for listening. Please be patient if we cannot send you the equipment you require within a few days. During the first consultation, our colleagues will coordinate the appointment with you.
We receive many requests for testing. That's why we've established criteria that make it easier for interested listeners to select sample listening components. This also includes questions about your own components. If you have some experience with hi-fi topics, that's an added bonus.
You can improve the sound of your system, especially if you already have high-quality components in your system. Keep in mind that high-quality cables alone cannot conjure up a sound miracle from a mediocre system. To offer you the best service, we take a lot of time to advise you on the choice of suitable components. We set up the conversation for this after you registered.
We would appreciate it if you do not take up space for other interested listeners, if you are not seriously interested in the components or have little hi-fi experience.
